Embroidery

Embroidery is an excellent choice for any company, large or small. It has become the industry standard for casual corporate wear, such as polo shirts and button down twill shirts. It is also well suited for hats, fleece, and most jackets. An embroidered logo adds a level of sophistication and class that will set you apart from the competition. Preferred Embroidery file type are.. png, jpg, pdf, eps, svg, tiff, emb.

 

Process

Embroidery requires a digitized file that tells our embroidery machines exactly where to place each stitch in your logo. If you already own a digitized embroidery disk you may email a copy to info@bullshirtstore.com. If your business currently does not have a digitized embroidery disk, we can create one for you. Digitizing prices depend on the total stitch count of your logo. A typical left chest logo consisting of up to 8,000 stitches will cost $40.00 to create. This is a one time setup fee. Larger stitch counts may incur additional fees, and will be quoted prior to creation. A general time frame for creation of a new disk is 1 to 2 working days.

 

Artwork Requirements

As with any printing technique, the print quality of your finished garments will depend highly on the quality of your original artwork. For that reason, we recommend the following guidelines: 1. Image must be at a resolution of 300 dpi. 2. Image must be saved at or near finish size. 3. Preferred file type are png, .pdf, .eps, .svg, tiff, emb.

 

Minimums

Embroidery has a minimum of 6 pieces. That can be a hats, shirts, jackets, etc.

 

Production Time

Once your embroidery disk has been created, general time frames are 8 working days to complete your order. For larger orders, time frames could increase.
